Okay, so it took me a little while to get to this but hey, I eventually did right XD
First off, its cute. You would also know it was ritsuka.
One of the main things I would say for you to do would be to use a (1) cross hair to place the features. They're all a bit off centre. Also once the guidelines are in place you see the eye needs to be lowered slightly.
Also watch the (2) proportions as what little can be seen of the hand is too small in relation to the size of the face. Slightly bigger ear too. Ears measure roughly from the top of the eyebrow to the nose.
The angle of the hair on the top left is actually spot on but the ear makes it look a bit off. Seeing as you've drawn a slight 3/4 view the ear should be slightly smaller than the other and perhaps the line that you have coming up thru it could come up further.
And lastly (4) Ritsuka's shoulders would be visible on both sides and a tad higher.
You drew it the right breadth as his shoulders are quite girly and narrow.

How much poo can a puchu chew if a puchu could chew poo!!!
(1)Ah, yeah, I always had trouble with cross hair. xD I could never seem to get the lines correct and it tends to make my drawings even more crooked somehow. -Fail-
(2)I'll have to practice drawing hands a bit more then. d:
(3)I hadn't really thought much of the ear, thank you for pointing it out! x3
(4)Lol, I'll try to remember that next time.
:3 Thank you for taking the time to look at my deviation and commenting on it. I'll do my best to remember all of your words the next time I draw something.
